Participant information
Your practice.
Your perspective.
A conversation about how dietetics practices actually operate. Your experience matters whether or not it supports a new product.
What am I being invited to?
Statera Systems is conducting exploratory market-discovery conversations. Statera has a commercial interest in what it learns; participation is not a purchase, trial, or endorsement.
Reply to your invitation to agree on a time or ask questions. The invitation identifies your interviewer. You do not need to review company research or product materials beforehand.
Before you decide.
Is this a sales call?
The interview is not a product demonstration or a request to buy. It informs commercial decisions. Any product or possible pilot discussion is separate and happens after the interview recording ends. You may decline further contact.
Will the conversation be recorded?
Only with explicit permission. The meeting and transcription tools, who can access the material, and retention or deletion arrangements are explained before recording. Any outside service receiving audio is identified before you consent.
You can ask to pause or stop. A note-only exploratory conversation may be possible if you decline recording; it is not treated as equivalent to the recorded interview set.
Will AI be used to analyze what I say?
That requires separate, optional permission. After the interview questions, you may be asked to allow a transcript cross-check using OpenAI’s ChatGPT after removal of your name, practice name, and patient-identifying details. You may decline without affecting inclusion in the interview study.
Removing identifiers reduces risk; it does not guarantee anonymity. The analysis is not used for clinical decisions, patient contact, or public attribution. Recording or transcription consent does not automatically authorize this optional analysis.
What information should I share?
General experiences and non-identifying examples are enough. Do not share patient names, identifying details, records, credentials, or a screen showing patient information. Sensitive commercial details may also be withheld.
The interview does not authorize record access, patient contact, clinical decisions, or software deployment. Any later evaluation requires separate scope and permissions.
Can I skip a question or stop?
Yes. Participation is voluntary. You may skip questions, request a pause, or end the conversation. Participation creates no product obligation.
Will my identity or practice be used publicly?
Participation is for internal discovery and analysis, not public attribution. It is not permission to publish your name, practice, logo, quotation, or endorsement. Public use requires a separate explicit agreement.
Ask about access, retention, and deletion arrangements before consenting.
Questions before accepting?
Reply to your invitation or email hello@statera.systems. Please do not include sensitive records or patient details.
This page does not replace the conversation-specific consent discussion.
