This static site has no contact form, user account, advertising tracker, or analytics service. Statera does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies here. Hosting and network providers may process ordinary technical data, including IP addresses, requested pages, and access times, to deliver and protect the site.
Email and correspondence.
We receive the contact details, messages, attachments, and metadata you choose to send. We use them to respond, maintain necessary business records, and protect people and systems. We do not sell personal information collected through this corporate website.
Do not send patient information, credentials, or sensitive records by ordinary email.
Interviews have separate permissions.
Visiting the site or replying to an invitation does not consent to recording, transcription, AI analysis, product enrollment, or record access. Tools, access, and retention or deletion arrangements are explained before recording. An optional transcript analysis using OpenAI’s ChatGPT requires separate permission.
Read the participant information. There is no blanket guarantee of anonymity.
Retention and disclosure.
Correspondence and technical records are retained as reasonably necessary for their purpose, security, legal obligations, or dispute prevention. Information may be disclosed to service providers acting for us, as required by law, or to protect people, rights, or systems.
Interview-specific arrangements are explained during consent. This notice does not establish one fixed deletion period for every kind of information.
